The study aimed to recognize The reality of e-learning from the point view of physics Teachers in Kuwait, and recognize the pros and cons of the use of E-learning in the light of the variables (sex, experience, educational qualification) To achieve the objective of the study was the preparation of a questionnaire containing 40 items, serving three areas, namely, the extent of the use of e-learning methods of the school, the pros use of E-learning in school, cons of using E-learning in the school. The study distributed the questionnaire to 100 of physics teachers at the secondary level in the State of Kuwait, and the results showed that the reality of the use of e-learning methods of the school came to moderate from the viewpoint of teachers of physics, as well as the study to the lack of statistical significance of the reality of education differences email schools in Kuwait due to gender, educational qualification and experience. In light of the findings the study suggested continuing interest in providing all the E-learning kits in government schools in the State of Kuwait and their systematic maintenance and teacher training them to the extent that makes him creative in their use, not just the initial sessions, but keep abreast of technological development has always and rehabilitation of the teacher and training on an ongoing basis. And work on the implementation mechanism of change, where teachers must be involved not only planning and execution and make them aware of everything that is new to the field before coming off.
