The study found several results that low wages and salaries and not to suit him with his counterparts in the countries increases the rate of migration and that the high proportion of respondents that up to 95% and this confirms the validity of the hypothesis and Tdhormistoaat education due to a lack of human resources (university professors (affected by migration to the deterioration of education up about 84.6% on the low level of education in Sudan and this confirms the hypothesis that foreign immigration; to decline the economic development process through the approval of 95.3%, and this confirms the validity of the hypothesis. On the recommendations of the study should be reconsidered in the wage and salary structures taking into account the appropriate remuneration to university professors and create a favorable environment for the development of education and scientific research and linking economic development policies and the labor market must be on the state economic decision-making to improve the scientific environment for the preservation of cadres and attract existing scientific talent abroad to create jobs a new line with modern scientific achievement and keep pace with the technological development and the involvement of the Sudanese university professors in various decision-making processes and the need to intensify advanced scientific studies on the phenomenon of migration to address negative impacts and achieve a minimum to achieve contribute to the economic development process.
