مستوى الثقة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية العامة في محافظة جرش من وجهة نظر المعلمين
The aimed of this study is to inquire about the level of organizational trust in public secondary schools in Jerash Governorate from the teachers’ point of view. A questionnaire was constructed which consists of three dimensions. After assuring its validity and reliability, the questionnaire was distributed to (199) teachers. The result showed that the level of organizational trust in public secondary schools in Jerash was (medium) as a whole and in every dimension. There were significant differences at (a ≤ 0.05) in the teachers’ point of views according to sex variable in favor of female, and related to their academic qualifications it is in favor of holders of master degrees, but there were no statistical significant differences according to experience.
