The ability can be described as a response to the requirements of the modem era. It requires an exceptional significance by individuals being the most important mental available. The psychological empowerment means the vital interior motive which appears through the individuals attitudes towards the tasks they fulfill such as: meaning or its important efficiency, independence, freedom of behavior, impact. Therefore, education has become a direct production device changing knowledge to technological scientific revolution. This depends on the standard and quality of human power. Education has influenced nation’s life. To make the education process successful, there must be a teacher who is qualified honesty and truth. The emotional contribution of the students is described by behavioral stability from a psychological view. Here lies the problem of this study, to know the psychological empowerment and its relation to psychological health by teachers of Babylon province. The study aims to know the teacher's abilities to adopt certain strategies to increase their efficiency and emotive to full fit the educational aims. The teacher exerts all his efforts to achieve a remarkable contribution to his school to satisfy his self-feeling interest by the learners. As such this study aims to know: 1) Psychological empowerment of Babylon province teachers. 2) The statistical differences for; A) Gender (male, female). B) Syllabus teachers teach (scientific and humanities). 3) Psychological health of Babylon province teachers. 4) The statistical difference of psychological health related to; A) Gender (male, female) B) Syllabus teachers teach (scientific, humanistic). 5) The relation between psychological ability and heath for Babylon province teachers. To full fit there aims, the research adopts two techniques. The first is the measure the psychological ability making we of the available literature and previous studies. Al-Kabi model 2011 is adopted to measure the mental health. There two techniques are applied to a sample of 520 male and female teachers in Babylon Province. The data and analyzed by using Pearson Correlation (t-Test) for two independent samples and (Z-Test) for one sample. The confusions the study manes at one as follows; B) 1) Teachers of Babylon province have a significant psychological empowerment 0,05. 2) There are no significal statistical difference for such teachers as for as gender and syllabus are concerned 0,05. 3) The decrease of mental health standard for teacher of Babylon province 0,05. 4) There are no significant statistical differences for such teacher as for as gender and syllabus one concerned 0,05. 5) There is a weak relation between the psychological empowerment and mental health for such teachers 0,05. The study recommends; 1) Reinforcing the teacher's physical and behavioral skills through different courses by educational directorates. 2) Activity the educationalists roles through presenting weekly lessons for teachers. The study suggests adopting: 1) A similar study to primary teachers. 2) Another study to deal with the concept of psychological empowerment in it reliant other variable such as; intelligence and certainty.
