This research with a topic of Scientific Principles of Islamic Education in Cote d'Ivoire aims at identifying important scientific principles and basis of curriculum on light of modern curriculum and educational orientations. The key findings are: 1) Most of the principles and basis of modern education stem from scientific renaissance in Europe in 14th century. 2) Most of basis of modern education are rooted in history education and conventional learning system. 3) Principles and basis of Islamic educational curriculum and its system of education are more integrated and broader than western educational curriculum. So, Islamic educational curriculum should be the useful one, even though it can be harmonized with state-of-the art in modern western educational curriculum in conformity with Islamic approaches. 4) It is not permitted to qualify Islamic educational curriculum of traditional, backward or narrow. Because, according to western perception, these are imperfections and nasty qualities. 5) Western philosophy of education is based on philosophical theories related to the creator of universe, the nature of human being and their perception source of knowledge. That is why western system of education needs spiritual injections. 6) There is a big gape of time between the entry of Islam in Cote d'Ivoire and its spreading. Most of historical views say that Islam reached Cote d'Ivoire in seventh century or the first century of hegira and the spreading was in eleventh century or the fifth century of hegira. The most important finding of this research show that the Islam education in Cote d'Ivoire is in deficit of scientific basis of its curriculum. (Author’s abstract)
