We are living now in an era that changes quickly, in which the phenomenon of the material, cultural and spatial progress prevail obviously, and the speed of knowledge flow and rise of its applications put a lot of challenges in front of the educators so as a new ways appeared to take advantage from the educational strategies to design educational programs. So the officials have to develop the programs from time to time to find alternative teaching methods and regulations. By this way a need for designing a training program is necessary to the students of macramé art in the college of basic education- department of art education by employing a correct and obvious scientific method, having theoretical and experimental basics from gaining motional and knowledge skills. To achieve the goal of current research to: Design a training program to make the students of educational art department gains the skills of handicrafts in macramé making. The researcher chose the research sample on purpose, it consisted of 60 students (male and female) divided into two studying halls, the hall number 1 for the experimental group that studied on the training design program consisted of 30 students (male and female), and the hall number 2 for the control group that studied in the normal way (lecture) consisted of 30 students (male and female). The researcher depended on one of the experimental designs which have two equivalent groups (control and experimental) with subsequent examination, because it fits the goal and the theory of the research, the two groups of research were equalized in the variables of (chronological age of the students calculated in months, marks of previous examination, and the examination of previous knowledge in macramé). The researcher prepared the means of the research which contain seven lessons, and the learning examination consists of 50 paragraphs of the multiple choice type having four choices, and I made sure of honesty, constancy, difficulty coefficient, discriminatory strength, and the efficiency of wrong alternatives of the examination. And I used the T-Examination (t-Test) for two independent samples, then I designed a form to evaluate the skill performance of the students to carry out the requirements of skill examination, and the result of research was that the training program in teaching the handicraft subject of macramé art have a positive effect in increasing the educational grades of the 2nd phase students which indicates the improvement of the educational and knowledge level, and it was effective in the transcendence of the experimental group that studied by virtue of training program upon the control group that studied by virtue of the normal way (lecture) in handicraft subject.
