The present search aims to knowing the effect of the class room questions on acquiring the mathematical Concepts of the Students in the intermediate stage in mathematics. The researcher used the experimental design a post test and setting the partial for two groups (experimental and control). The sample of the study consisted of 85 student (girl) in the intermediate second class in medium Zuhal for girl located in province Baqupa/ Dyala , they are distributed randomly into tow group, experimental number was 42 Student (stuyding in using the classy questions) and the control number consist of 43 Student (studying by the normal way), it have been made equivalent to the two groups in variables (Prior Achievement in Mathematics, Prior Knowledge in mathematics, Age, Intelligence) The experiment was applied in the first semester of the academic year 2012- 2013, and both groups are taught of study by the researcher .The researcher build tow tests the first to measure the Acquiring of the mathematical Concepts consisting of 52 items ,which represent objective items (multi- choice), where the number of mathematical Concept Contained in Article 26 the concepts of experience, The whole concept of an athlete is measured in parts except the (concept of Substitution Property for the Collection of the relative numbers), it, s measured by one paragraph map test. And the Second to measure the Critical thinking component of paragraph 25 of the Type of Substantive paragraphs (choice of – Multi). Paragraphs distributed evenly over the five skills to test, it is: (Absttba, Conclusion, Knowledge, assumptions, Trojan arguments, interpretation) where the test is Similar to test Watson and Glaser. Researcher used a number of statistical methods Such as (t-test) for two independent Samples Reward groups and find Significance difference between the two, Difficulty Coefficient equation and the equation of paragraph discriminatory ability of the Vertebrae and effective alternatives equation wrong and Richard son equation Coder 20 (KR-R-20) to Calculate the coefficient of static tests (Acquisition of Mathematical Concepts and the critical thinking) and the equivalent Correlation coefficient of (Point- Bursarial) To check the internal consistency of the paragraphs of critical thinking test. Search results showed Superiority of the students who studied the classroom questions to the students who studied in the normal way in acquire mathematical concepts and critical thinking. Researcher recommended the need to employ the Current questions in the class room teaching mathematical concepts in mathematics for this phase of study. It also recommended that a statement of Teachers of mathematical test, Critical thinking and the acquisition of mathematical classroom questions spatially Sounding questions. (Published abstract)
