The research aims to know The Effect of Use Fair inquiry in Learning and Self concept Development for Student of Literary Fourth Grade in History Subject. To achieve research aims the researcher put the following two zero assumptions: 1) There is no statistics differences at level 0.05 between degrees average to students in experimental group who study history by using fair survey and degree average to student control group who study history by traditional.2) There are no statistics differences at level 0.05 between degree average self-concept to students in experimental group who study history by using fair inquiry and degree average self –concept to student in control group who study history by traditional. The researcher chooses experimental design one independent variable, the two independent groups, the experimental group which consist of 48 students had been chosen from Al-Hillah High School and taught according to fair inquiry method and control group had been chosen from Al-Jehad High School which consist of 28 students which taught according to tradition method The researcher makes statistics equivalence between two group members (experiment and control) by using T-test and chi square in following Variables: (Age counted by months, parent's education, and degrees for social sciences for secondary third stage) the results show that differences have no statistics meaning at 0.05 level. The researcher makes 120 behavior aim, grantee the research topics in experiment, he makes study plans to the determine topics in experiments, the experiment last for 11 weeks and three days start date Monday 22/10/2012 to Thursday 10/1/2013 the researcher apply the achievement test which consists 50 item and self-concept measurement which consists of 74 Items after ensure it's reliability and validity. The researcher use the following statistics means: (the t-test) chi square and Pearson correlation and difficulty equation for topical and essay items and distinguish equation for topical and essay topics and activity equation for wrong substitute and Alpha Corn Bach, and after use the t –test to treat data the research result appear more active in the effect of use fair survey in learning and self development for student of literary fourth grade in history subject. In light of result which the researcher recommended to use fair survey to teach history subject for literary forth stage students. (Published abstract)
