The study aimed at identifying the comprehensive development of society, and the role of youth in this development from students’ perspectives at UNRWA higher education institutions in Jordan. A survey questionnaire consisting of 58 items were developed by the researchers and were distributed on four domains as follows: Political and Civic Development, Economic Development, Social Development, and Administrative Development. The survey questionnaire was applied to a sample of 312 students from the aforementioned institutions. Study results showed that the majority of the items of all the domains scored a high degree of approval, results also showed that the respondents’ perspectives of the domains of the questionnaire are mentioned in descending order as follows: Administrative Development, Social Development, Economic Development, Political and Civic Development. Results showed that there was a statistically significant difference that can be attributed to gender on the domains of political development, administrative development, and on the overall domains of the survey in favor of females. Results also showed that there were statistically significant differences on the type of college variable in favor of students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Arts (FESA), and Amman Training Center (ATC) .However, the study did not show statistically significant differences on the variables of the student’s GPA, and the parents’ level of education. The study put forward a number of recommendations. (Published abstract)
