The study aims to identify the impact of a program of positive thinking in develop decision-making skills and leadership among students episode of First Instance, and building a program of positive thinking in the light of the concepts and techniques of modern psychology, and seek to uncover the impact of a program of positive thinking in the development of decision-making skills in a sample study, the study sample consisted of 40 male and female pupils of sixth graders public primary school at modern Kafr Elelw school which follow the educational Department of Eltebbeen in Cairo and I'm working at this school as social studies teacher, the sample has been divided into two groups, the first experimental group consisted of 20 pupils, and the second control group consisted of 20 male and female pupils, researcher has applied number of tools to verify the hypotheses of the study, a (test of matrices colored row, form of the economic level, socio-cultural, scale, scale of positive thinking, measure of decision-making, a measure of leadership, positive thinking program). Tool: 1) Progressive matrix scale (preparation John Ravn). 2) Economic cultural and social level scale (prepared by Amani Saeda). 3) Positive thinking scale (prepared by researcher). 4) Decision-making Scale (prepared by researcher). 5) Leadership scale (prepared by researcher. 6) The training program of positive thinking (prepared by researcher). This program consists of three training stages that applied in a month and a half, spread over 15 session and it includes: 1) Session evaluation form (prepared by the researcher( 2) Program evaluation form (prepared by the researcher). The Limits of the study: a) Time limits: The training program of positive thinking applied in the second term (2012/ 2013). b) Place limits: “Kafr El Elw El Haditha” public primary school was selected from the schools of El-Tebeen educational administration, Cairo governorate. c) Human limits: Random sample was selected from the classes of the sixth primary grade. Study procedures: Study procedures included the following steps: 1) Divide the students into two groups (experimental group and the control group). 2) Apply pre-test of the study measurements (positive thinking scale, Decision-making Scale, leadership scale). 3) Divide the sample in the experimental group to heterogeneous cooperative groups. 4) Apply of the training program for positive thinking on the experimental group. 5) Apply post-test of the study measurements for a quantitative and qualitative data Statistical methods. 1) T-Test for two Independent Samples. 2) T-Test for two Paired Samples. Hypotheses and results of the study: The first hypothesis: 1) There are statistically significant differences between the means of the experimental group and the control group in the post measurement in positive thinking test. The second hypothesis: 2) there is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post and following measurements in the positive thinking test. The third hypothesis: 3) there are statistically significant differences between the means of the experimental group and the control group in the post measurement in decision- making test. The fourth hypothesis: 4) there is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post and following measurements in the decision-making test. The fifth hypothesis: 5) there are statistically significant differences between the means of the experimental group and the control group in the post measurement in leadership test. The sixth hypothesis: 6) there is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post and following measurements in the leadership test.
