The research aimed to present a stat of the art of creative thinking as a concept, process, product, and context, also aimed to stress on the modern models which interpret creativity as a process, and how to evaluate its skills, finally, aimed to present a practical approach to how to use creative thinking skills in teaching of science, through applicability of creativity skills on photosynthesis as a topic of biological science. The results indicated that: 1) Instructors must perceived that such student has share of creativity skills and motive of creativity, they may use and develop it during instruction. 2) Good instructors should prepare situations and open end problems to stimulate students’ creativity, and develop it. 3) Good instructors must benefit of the influences of environmental context in developing students’ creativity.
