The study aimed at identifying non-adaptive behaviors of pupils with learning disabilities in the basic primary stage in Irbid Second Directorate of Education, comparing them to those of ordinary pupils, and determining gender and grade variables in this respect. The sample consisted of a mixture of 303 pupils with learning disabilities and ordinary pupils. The study used “Walker” measure for non-adaptive behaviors due to its validity and stability which make it suitable. Means, T-test and ANOVA were used in statistical analysis. The study found that non-adaptive behaviors of pupils with learning disabilities were: outward behavior, distraction, troubled relations with peers, lack of maturity, and withdrawal. It also found that there were statistically significant differences in the non-adaptive behaviors in favor of pupils with learning disabilities. There were differences in favor of male pupils at the level of distraction, and of female pupils at the level of immaturity. There were differences in favor of the first grade, fifth grade, and fourth grade pupils respectively in behaviors as a whole. The study offered the following recommendations: specialists in the field of special education should give more attention to deviant behaviors associated with learning disabilities, and review procedures and conditions for integrating such pupils in schools of normal pupils.
