This study aimed at inquiring the level of university environment in light of some quality assurance criteria, from students’ point of view at MEU in Jordan. To achieve this goal, a clustered random sample was drawn from humanities and scientific colleges. A questionnaire consisted of 37 items was developed. Its validity and reliability were found. The findings of the study indicated that there was a high level on university environment quality criteria, on the total score and all the domains of the university environment; there were significant different in the quality criteria of university environment attributed to the study level in favor of the master level, except for the library and other facilities domain; there were no significant differences in the quality criteria of university environment attributed to the gender, except for the study plan domain, and there were significant differences in the quality of the following criteria: The teaching skills, the tests quality, and the teaching effectiveness attributed to the college variable in favor of the humanities colleges, The study recommended the strengthening of Human and material resources in the university environment.
