The aim of this study was to identify the professional growth programmers for staff members at Al-Balqa'a University. It also aimed to find out the effect of sex, qualification, specialization, experience and academic grade on the methods of vocational growth for staff members at Al-Baqka'a Applied University. The study specifically attempted to answer these two questions: What is the professional growth method used by staff members at Al-Balqa'a Applied University? Is there a significant difference on the professional growth methods due to sex, qualification, specialization, experience and academic grade from their points of view? To answer these two questions, the researcher developed a questionnaire which consisted of 22 items coving seven domains. Then, he applied it on 66 subjects used randomly from Al-Balqa'a Applied University. The finding of this study can be summarized as follows: The low level of vocational growth methods for staff members at Al-Balqa'a Applied University. There are no significant differences in the professional growth methods as used by staff members at Al-Balqa'a Applied University which can be attributed to sex, qualification, specialization, experience and academic grade.
