Absence and school dropout has become one of the most remarkable educational crises from which our learning system suffers. That acquires working on its efficiency’s improvement through achieving education quality. And one of the most important reasons behind that was educational strategies including the stability of teaching methods and aids the teachers use. The current study aims to present a suggested vision to activate teaching techniques to handle both issues of absence and school dropout. The study problem can be summarized in an image of educational loss which is specified in both absence and school dropout issues which became the greatest challenge to the learning system presented in improvement of learning quality, and the techniques formed one of those fields however the challenges and opportunities which it faced reflected negatively on achieving the quality of learning and on its goals. And the current study aims to find the answer for the main query: what is the suggested vision to activate teaching techniques in handling both issues of absence and school dropout ?.. The study depends on the descriptive, analytic methodology in discussing the queries by exploiting the literature techniques, the absence and school dropout to give the answer, in addition of scenario method in approaching the suggested mission. The study is concluded by assuring the necessity of publishing the cultural awareness in the technique’s ‘ centers and how to activate it in teaching institutions and the reinforcement of suing techniques system in order to develop new methods of teaching quality and decrease absence and school dropout.
