This collaborative action research seeks to address learning loss in English for second-grade students by developing an interactive program based on individualized learning. A key problem identified among second-grade students is the weakness in recognizing and writing English letters, or more precisely, a decline in students' reading and writing skills. Therefore, the researchers, in consultation with the subject teacher, decided to develop an interactive program that considers the individual differences between students, in order to achieve the desired mastery goals, according to each student's ability and pace. The research sample consists of a group of second-grade students (33 students) at Nusaiba Bint Al-Harith School in Medina during the first semester of 1446 AH. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with the subject teacher and through the study instrument, which is a pre- and post-test, showing the differences between the pre-test scores that reveal the students' learning loss and the post-achievement test scores, in order to determine the effectiveness of the designed educational program. The results proved the effectiveness of the program, as it had a tangible impact on improving the academic level of the students. (Published abstract)
