The study’s problem: The study identified a problem in the following main question: What perception proposed enforcement of discipline standards and the quality of the performance of the workforce in the education sector from an Islamic perspective? The ramifications of this question several sub-questions came to achieve the objectives of the study. Objectives of the study: The study aims to achieve the following objectives: 1) Identify the intended discipline the workforce in the education sector from an Islamic perspective. 2) Intended to identify the quality of the performance of the workforce in the education sector from an Islamic perspective? 3) Clarify the objectives of Islamic education related discipline the workforce. 4) Clarify the objectives of Islamic education-related quality of workforce performance. 5) Identify the role of discipline of the workforce in the economic development and social development. 6) Identify the standards of discipline and the quality of the performance of the workforce in the education sector (educational and administrative) from an Islamic perspective. 7) Conceived proposal for enforcement of discipline standards and the quality of the performance of the workforce in the education sector from an Islamic perspective. The researcher used the descriptive approach based on the compilation of scientific material on the subject of the study, discussions and explanations about to activate standards of discipline and quality of the performance of the workforce in the education sector from an Islamic perspective, and aims so access to comprehensive vision to see how to achieve the goal of the study and answer the study questions. The study found the importance of discipline and the quality of performance as one of the key elements for the success of the administrative process; based on the study of anthropology, and entrances in which they can call its potential and invested to Thakikaa goals through practice. It is natural to be of Islam a clear imprint in the area of discipline and quality of performance, has already so all modern management theories gave the discipline and performance quality a major role in human life in general and human life factor especially, although Islam focused on the development of standards of discipline and quality of performance Based on the dimension faith and the moral factor.
