إتجاهات طلبة معلم الصف في جامعة جرش نحو تخصصهم الأكاديمي وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات
This study aimed to investigate the attitudes of class teacher students at Jarash University toward their major of study, and whether these attitudes differ according to their gender, academic level, and area of residence. In addition, this study investigated the relationship between the students` attitudes toward their major of study and their achievement as measured by (GPA). An instrument of attitudes toward the teacher-class was designed and distributed to a sample of 165 students. The results revealed that attitudes of students toward their major of study in general and toward the four subfields were positive. Furthermore, the study revealed that there was positive relationship between students` attitudes and their academic achievement .Finally, the results revealed positive and statistical significant relationship between students` academic achievement and attitudes toward instructors and the role and importance of teacher-class specialization in the society and public life. The results were discussed based on the related literature and appropriate recommendations were given. (Published abstract)
