The research aimed to develop technical competencies through teaching a proposed professional development program based on the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution for educational media specialists at the secondary stage, and to achieve the research goal, the researcher prepared a list of technical competencies, technical competencies test, final product evaluation card, and the proposed professional development program based on the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, including: Trainer's Guide and Trainee's Guide. The research tools and educational materials were applied to one research group consisting of thirty-three specialists from the educational media specialist in Cairo Governorate, from the schools of six educational departments from the governorate's departments, for a period of two months 2022/2023. The results of the research resulted in: The existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group in the two applications: pre- and post-in the final product evaluation card for technical competencies as a whole and for each of its competencies in favor of the post-application, and the results of the research showed the effectiveness of the proposed professional development program based on the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in developing technical competencies among educational media specialists at the secondary stage.
