The number of the retrieved questionnaires was 161, that is, the response rate was 91%. The researcher adopted 153 questionnaires which equal 86.44% of the sample size of the study for analysis, and the researcher used a variety of statistical techniques to test hypotheses, including (Pearson correlation coefficient, ANOVA, Scheffe test, and T test).
