فاعلية برنامج تعليمي قائم على تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في بناء المفاهيم الرياضية وتنمية الدافعية نحو التعلم لدى طلبة الصف التاسع
The study aims to design an educational program based on artificial intelligence applications, and to investigate its effectiveness in building mathematical concepts and developing the motivation to learn among ninth-grade students. The study sample consisted of (30) ninth-grade students as an experimental group, and (30) ninth-grade students as a control group. They were randomly selected from the Salah Al-Din Preparatory School for Boys "A". The researcher employed the descriptive-analytical approach, as well as the experimental approach utilizing a pre-test/post-test control group design. Furthermore, the researcher utilized a mixed-methods research design, integrating both quantitative and qualitative methods for data collection and analysis. The study tools was a Mathematical concepts construction test, Motivation scale, Questionnaire, Interview guide. The results demonstrated the program's effectiveness in conceptualizing mathematical constructs, as the Modified Black's Gain coefficient exceeded 1.2, confirming a successful transition from superficial understanding to cognitive mastery. Furthermore, although the gain in motivation fell below the 1.2 threshold, it exhibited a substantial educational impact, reflecting a genuine affective transformation among learners. These findings were corroborated by MANCOVA results, which revealed statistically significant differences favoring the experimental group, thereby validating the program's efficiency in fostering an integrated growth that bridges conceptual quality with profound affective engagement. The study recommends the generalization of the AI-based program and its learning applications within schools in Gaza, while expanding the development of digital curricula in HTML format to ensure learning flexibility and content adaptation through contextualization. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the necessity of training teachers on Generative AI techniques and integrating digital gamification systems- such as badges- into official platforms. Such measures aim to bolster affective motivation and foster the effective, sustainable construction of mathematical concepts. (Author’s abstract)
