This study examined the impact of the media treatment of the epic of the Al-Aqsa flood on the mental health of university students, relying on the survey curriculum and a questionnaire tool to collect data, on a sample of 107 students of the Department of Media and Communication Sciences. She concluded that the treatment caused increased levels of anxiety and stress. This is because the media transcended borders and amplified media coverage about the traumatic events that took place in the flood of Al-Aqsa, which left a negative impact on the students and caused them confusion and distraction in thought and emotions.
