The study aims to reveal the role of the guidance, evaluation and professional integration counselors in reducing the phenomenon of educational waste among vocational training apprentices. In this study, we raised the following general question: What is the role of guidance, evaluation and professional integration counselor in reducing the phenomenon of educational waste among vocational training apprentices? The hypotheses of the study are as follows: We expect that the role of the guidance, evaluation and professional integration counselor will be effective in reducing the phenomenon of educational waste among vocational training apprentice. There are statistically significant differences in the role of the guidance, evaluation and professional integration counselor in reducing the phenomenon of educational waste among vocational training apprentice according to the counselor's gender. There are statistically significant differences in the role of the counselor in guidance, evaluation and professional integration in reducing the phenomenon of educational waste among vocational training apprentice according to years of seniority. In the current study, we used the descriptive exploratory approach. The sample was identified with (32) vocational training consultants as a sample that was intentionally chosen (comprehensive survey), different in their gender and seniority in work. The data collection was also based on the tool designed by the two students to measure the role of the guidance, evaluation and professional integration consultant in reducing the phenomenon of educational waste among vocational training trainees. In order to treat the hypotheses statistically, the arithmetic averages and t-values were relied on to indicate the differences. The study reached the following results: 1) The role of the guidance, evaluation and professional integration counselor in reducing the phenomenon of educational waste among apprentice of effective vocational training. 2) There are no statistically significant differences in the role of the guidance, evaluation and professional integration counselor in reducing the phenomenon of educational waste among vocational training apprentice according to the advisor’s gender. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in the role of the guidance, evaluation and professional integration advisor in reducing the phenomenon of educational waste among vocational training trainees according to the advisor’s years of seniority. 4) These findings were discussed in light of the theoretical studies of the subject and previous, and the study concluded with a set of findings.
