This research aims to prepare a scale for diagnosing the reading comprehension and written expression difficulties among students. It also aims at verifying the validity and stability of the scale and determining its standards. To achieve this aim, the researchers have developed the scale in its final form which consists of two main axes: the reading comprehension (45) questions, and written expression (3) topics. The scale has been proposed to some reviewers to verify its validity. After being reviewed, the researchers have applied the scale on (262) students, aged from (12 years and 9 months - 13 years and 6 months), with an average age of 12.85, standard deviation of (0.387). Standards have been measured. The T- scores and the total score percentiles of the scale have been measured as well. Results have indicated the validity, reliability, and practicality of the scale.
