This study aimed to know the differences of university work quality environment and academic skills among teaching staff according to scientific kind and the rank and reaction between them. In addition, this study aimed to detecting about predictive ability for experience years, scientific ranks, and academic skills on predicting the university work quality environment for teaching staff and detecting the relationship between the university work quality environment and academic skills for teaching staff. The researcher has used descriptive study, and the sample was (90) teaching staff from both genders and from different colleges at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and their ages are ranging from (35-50) years old. The researcher has used the variable of university work quality environment and lists of academic skills for teaching staff. The findings revealed that there are positive significantly differences on the university work quality environment and academic skills for teaching staff, there are not significantly differences on the university work quality environment and academic skills according to scientific kind and the rank and their reaction among them, and the ability of academic skills on predicting the quality of university work environment. The study recommends intensifying the courses to develop the academic skills for teaching staff, improving the quality of university environment, and proposing set of future papers relating to variables of paper.
