The research aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a counseling to develop some dimensions of ethical intelligence among middle school students in Jazan educational Directorate. The sample consisted of (26) students divided into two groups, one of which is an experimental group of (13) students, and the second is a control group of (13) students, the research tools represented in the counseling program, and the measure of a moral intelligence (applied by the researcher) Using Mann-Whitney test and the Wilcoxon test. The results revealed that there was a statistically significant difference between the pre and post measurements scores for the experimental group students on the Moral Intelligence scale in favor of the telemetry. The presence of a statistically significant difference between the mean levels of the scores of the control and experimental groups in the post-measurement on the Moral Intelligence scale in favor of the experimental group, and the absence of a statistically significant difference between the grades of the post and follow-up measurements of the experimental group on the moral intelligence scale, and the research was concluded with a number of recommendations and proposals.
