The study aimed to identify role of training courses in acquiring the skills of using educational aids. The study analytical method. The study followed the descriptive teachers (430) population consisted at the basic stage of the Al Hasahisa. The study sample was administrative unit of all teachers. The data were analyzed (94) chosen randomly from r Social Sciences and processed using the Statistical Package for SPSS). The study reached the following results: The training courses contribute to equipping the basic stage teachers in Al Hasahisa unit the skill of choosing educational aids to a call medium degree. To a large extent, there are no statistic between the 0.05 significant differences at the level of morale teachers of the basic stage in the Al Hasahisa unit in the degree of the role of training courses in acquiring the skills of using an educational aid according to the educational qualification variable. In the degree of the role of training courses in acquiring the skills of using educational aids according to the variable of experience. The study recommends the following: holding training courses for training on the skills of teaching he necessity of preparing workshops for teachers to aids, to clarify the methods of using educational aids, focusing on supporting efforts to improve teaching aids to solve study problems with the factor of epidemics sweeping the world.
