The aim of the research is to measure the personal quality of the heads of departments at Tikrit University. The researcher adopts the experimental design with partial control, which is the design of the experimental and control groups alongside pre and post tests and two hypotheses. The research community is represented by the heads of the departments of the College of Education for Human Sciences. The research sample is intentionally selected, and it is divided into two groups: experimental group and a control one. (Published abstract)
