The primary objective of the present study is to assess the efficacy of an educational program that aligns with philosophical ideals in enhancing the academic performance of students enrolled in the department of educational and psychological sciences, specifically within the field of philosophy. The study sample had a total of (184) students, including both males and females. Specifically, there were (92) students in the experimental group and an equal number of (92) students in the control group, representing both genders. The sample consists of (181) students, including both males and females. The researchers determined that the aforementioned experimental design is the best suitable approach for their study investigation. The researchers developed an accomplishment exam to assess the academic performance of students belonging to two distinct groups: the experimental group and the control group. The test was designed to align with the behavioral objectives, proficiency levels, and subject matter relevant to the experiment. The final version of the exam had a total of (30) items, consisting of (25) objective items of the multiple-choice kind and (5) essay questions. The findings from the accomplishment test indicated that the students in the experimental group, who were exposed to the educational program, exhibited superior academic performance in philosophy compared to the students in the control group, who followed the standard instructional approach.
