The research aims to identify: 1) The level of Emotional exhaustion of secondary school teachers. 2) The statistically significant differences in the Emotional exhaustion of Secondary school teachers according to the gender variable (male - female). 3) The statistically significant differences in the Emotional exhaustion of Secondary school teachers according to the variable of specialization (scientific - human). A sample of the study consisted of (300) male and female secondary school teachers in the directorate of education in Kirkuk governorate for the academic year (2022-2021). The results showed the following: 1) Emotional fatigue is statistically significant for secondary school teachers. 2) There are no statistically significant differences in emotional exhaustion according to the gender variable (male - female). 3) There are no statistically significant differences in emotional exhaustion according to the specialization variables (scientific - human). The researcher has interpreted these results based on the theoretical framework and the results of previous studies. On the light of the results that were reached in The research, the researcher came up with a number of recommendations and proposals, including that universities should disseminate the concepts of emotional exhaustion through seminars, research and conferences.
