The problem of The research is crystallized through the (researcher) feeling of the need to pay attention to the role of educational technology in changing the behaviors of learners in general, developing the aesthetic taste in particular, and improving the level of their performance in artistic expression of the requirements of the subjects of art education. The research has two objectives: 1) To know the impact of educational technology on teaching art. 2) To measure the effectiveness of teaching art in developing the aesthetic taste of middle school students. As for The research’s methodology, the researcher followed the experimental approach as it is the most appropriate scientific method to achieve the goal of the research. A random sample was selected from middle school schools represented by (Al-Namariq Boys School - Morning Study), whose number is 350 students. The researcher came out with a set of results that are: 1) The students of the experimental group is superior because they acquired artistic concepts through artistic culture and measured their effectiveness after applying the aesthetic taste test. 2) It appeared that the indicator of the effectiveness of artistic concepts for art lessons is (0.84), which is such a good one.
