فعالية برنامج إرشادي في تعديل الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية
This study is to verify the effectiveness of a counseling program in amending irrational thoughts among high school students in Karak Governorate, the study was conducted and the implementation of the pilot program during the first semester of the year (2019-2020), the study sample consisted of (20) female students of the stage students High school, (10) students were distributed equally as a pilot group, (10) students as a control group. The irrational thoughts scale was applied (numbers: Suleiman Rihani, 1985), and a pilot program, and the program consisted of (14) sessions, after which the psychometric properties of the study tools were applied to the study sample individuals, and the results of the study resulted in the following: There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean levels of the scores of the members of the experimental and control groups on the scale of irrational thoughts. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the members of the experimental group in the pre and post scale on the irrational thoughts scale. There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the members of the experimental group in the two measurements between the two dimensional and consecutive applications of the irrational thoughts scale.
