مهارات التعلم الذاتي وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات لدى طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية
The research aims to identify the self-learning skills of middle school students and statistically significant differences in self-learning skills according to both the variable of gender and specialization. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers built a scale of self-learning skills, which consists of (32) paragraphs and each paragraph (3) alternatives are (always apply to me, apply to me sometimes, do not apply to me at all) and the psychometric properties were extracted from discrimination and honesty of its logical, virtual and structural types. As for the stability, it is extracted by the methods of retesting and the Fakronbach coefficient. The tool was applied to the research sample, which was selected in a stratified random manner and consisting of 300 male and female students from the fourth and fifth years of middle school students, while the statistical methods used in the research are (Pearson's correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha equation and T-test for one sample and two independent samples). The results show that middle school students possess learning skills at an average level and that there are statistically significant differences in the level of self-learning skills according to the gender variable and in favor of females and there are no differences according to the specialization variable, and the researchers also reached a number of recommendations and suggestions.
