The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between self-advocacy and psychological resilience for people with visual disabilities in Minya, as well as to reveal the differences between males and females, the research sample on self-advocacy and psychological resilience. Dr. Iman Mustafa Sarmini), and the research sample consisted of students at the School of the Blind in Minya Governorate, their number was (21) male and (16) female, and their ages ranged from (15-18) years, with an average age of (16,35) years and a standard deviation of (1,11). The results of the research indicated that there is a statistically significant correlation between self-advocacy in its dimensions and psychological resilience among adolescents with visual disabilities, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females in the two dimensions (control and experience) and the total degree of self-advocacy in favor of males at the level of significance (0.05), and finally, there are no statistically significant differences between each of the average scores of the male and female research sample in psychological resilience by its dimensions, except after problem solving.
