The study aimed to apply hierarchical analysis in the balanced scorecard of the College of Education at Qassim University, using the exploratory sequential blended approach to a sample of agents, faculty members and graduate students from the College of Education at Qassim University. The study applied to the criteria of the Balanced Scorecard (financial, customers, internal operations, learning and growth). The results after the interviews resulted in (6) indicators for each criterion, with a total of (24) indicators, and by presenting hierarchical analysis forms to experts; For the pairwise comparison between them with a total of (240) comparisons, and the results of the study highlighted that the most important indicators in the balanced scorecard of the College of Education at Qassim University from the point of view of experts - according to the relative importance of each criterion using the hierarchical analysis method - were represented in the following: “Developing courses to suit the market Work” is the highest in importance (38.25), then “the increase in admissions and graduates annually”, and its impact on dimensions (19.23), and “the holding of educational conferences” ranked third with a rate of (16.1), followed by “reducing complaints and hearing proposals”, with a rate of (14.7), as for “obtaining local and international awards”; He got the fifth rank with a percentage of (6.1), and in the last rank, “the increase in free seats in postgraduate studies” by (5.8). The study recommended paying attention to the application of the balanced scorecard, updating performance measurement tools, and calling for freedom in the strategic planning of the college, and the application of hierarchical analysis in decision-making.
