The aim of the research is to identify the conceptual framework of total quality, the skills of the twenty-first century, the reasons for choosing the subject of total quality, how total quality helps the skills of the twenty-first century, knowledge of the most important recent studies that dealt with the skills of the twenty-first century and their relationship to total quality, and knowledge of the most important educational recommendations related to the relationship with the skills of the twenty-first furnace and the overall quality. Using the analytical approach, the research concluded that there are many factors that contributed to increasing interest in the quality of education, and that the use of twenty-first century skills has many benefits, and that the essence of total quality revolves continuously around improving educational processes, and twenty-first century skills came to improve the learning process and changing them to keep pace with the times, and the research concluded with many recommendations, including working to create a school environment suitable for the skills of the twenty-first century to achieve higher quality, and the need to reconsider the applications of twenty-first century skills in the field of education in line with modern global trends and training teachers and those in charge of education as part of the process achieving the overall quality of education.
