The study aimed to identify the contributing factors in promoting job satisfaction among special education teachers in daycare centers in Qassim region. The descriptive-survey method was used and the research sample consisted of (100) teachers in daycare centers in Qassim area. The researcher used the questionnaire of contributing factors as a tool for collecting data that were formed from three dimensions, namely material factors, the second dimension is non-material (moral), the third dimension is the nature of work. The results of the study found that the nature of work was the first contributing factor and non-material factors (moral) came in second place. Lastly, in third place, the material factors. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences (α =0.05) due to the impact of sex, years of experience, the path of specialization in all dimensions and the overall degree of factors contributing to the promotion of job satisfaction of special education teachers in daycare centers in Qassim. In light of the results, the study recommended some recommendations that contribute to promoting job satisfaction among special education teachers in daycare centers in Qassim region.
