The study aimed to explore the perceptions of East Jerusalem teachers regarding the development of future education skills in light of the Education 2030 Vision, within the context of contemporary educational transformations. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach. The study population consisted of male and female teachers from public schools in East Jerusalem, and a simple random sample of (312) teachers was selected. For the purpose of data collection, a questionnaire was developed consisting of 24 items distributed across three main domains: the development of education, future skills, and teachers' awareness of the Education 2030 Vision. The results revealed that teachers’ perceptions were high in the domains of education development and future skills, while moderate in the domain of awareness of the Education 2030 Vision. The results also indicated statistically significant differences based on gender and academic qualification in favour of female teachers and higher academic degrees. The study recommended designing structured training programs to enhance teachers’ awareness of the Education 2030 Vision and to train them in integrating future skills into classroom practices, in a manner that aligns with the specific educational context of East Jerusalem schools.
