The study aimed to Identify the effectiveness of a training program based on professional standards for educational supervision in developing educational communication skills and professional ethics among educational supervisors, The study used the experimental approach has a quasi-experimental design based on one group, using the pre- and post-tests, and measuring the differences between them. The program was applied to a study sample of 27 educational supervisors for twenty hours of training. The study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of the pre- and post applications among the study group in educational communication skills in favor of the post-application as a result of their exposure to the training program based on professional standards. It was also found that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the pre- and post-applications on the professional ethics scale in favor of the post-application among the study group, which indicates that exposure of educational supervisors to the training program based on professional standards for educational supervision helps to develop their professional ethics. The study recommended a number of recommendations, including enhancing awareness of the ethics of educational supervision among educational supervisors and teachers and holding training courses in employing communication skills and using them in various educational situations. The study proposed a set of proposals, including directing researchers towards more educational research in the field of developing professional ethics and educational communication skills.
