The aim of the research was to identify the degree of impression management among principals of public secondary schools in Al-Rass Governorate, and identify the level of organizational confidence among teachers of secondary schools, and to determine the requirements of impression management to enhance organizational confidence among teachers. The research used descriptive analytical methods and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. The research sample consisted of (450) teachers. The research results showed that the degree of practicing impression management and all its dimensions (self-promotion, flattery and appreciation of others, model personality, threat) among secondary school principals was very high. The level of organizational trust among secondary school teachers, across all its dimensions (administrative policies and procedures, self-realization and innovation opportunities, organizational values, and leadership style), was also very high. There was a strong relationship between impression management and the level of organizational trust in secondary schools. There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of impression management and the level of organizational trust attributable to the variables of gender and years of experience. The research recommended developing operational plans for impression management aimed at building a positive and sustainable mental image that reflects the quality of institutional performance. Adopting periodic scientific tools to measure levels of organizational trust and analyzing their results within continuous improvement plans, thus enabling the development of the educational work environment and enhancing its climate.
