The study aimed to identify the reality of implementing school accreditation standards in the field of school administration at private education schools in Al-Khobar Governorate. The researchers used the descriptive survey method, the sample consisted of 136 school principals and vice principals was applied a questionnaire consisted of five main dimensions: instructional leadership, planning and organization, institutional development, evaluation and assessment, and the school community, The findings revealed that the overall level of implementing school accreditation standards was high, with a total mean score of (4.15 out of 5), This result reflects an increasing institutional awareness among educational leaders in private schools regarding the importance of applying school accreditation standards. The dimension of instructional leadership ranked first (m=4.32), followed by planning and organization (m=4.24), school community (m=4.12), evaluation and assessment (m=4.00), while institutional development came last with a mean of (m=3.86), The results also indicated the presence of statistically significant differences attributed to the job title variable, with principals outperforming vice-principals, while no significant differences were found related to the years of experience variable, These findings suggest that private education schools in Al-Khobar have made significant progress in implementing school accreditation standards, yet further efforts are still required to enhance institutional structures and ensure continuous self-evaluation processes. The study recommended activating specialized training programs for school leaders and vice-principals in institutional development and total quality management, as well as promoting administrative practices that support school accreditation according to approved national standards.
