معوقات تحقيق البيئة التربوية الجاذبة للطفل بالروضة وسبل مواجهتها
This research aimed to reveal the obstacles that prevent the achievement of the educational environment that supports the kindergarten child and the ways to confront them. The researcher used the descriptive approach to collect and interpret data. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 414 kindergarten female teachers and managers in Dakahlia Governorate. The questionnaire consisted of two axes. The first axis is the obstacles of achieving the educational environment, and it consists of 30 items, and the second axis is the most prominent proposals for achieving the educational environment. The research ended with formulating a set of proposals to achieve an attractive educational environment, including working on developing communication channels, giving the greatest opportunity for parents’ contribution to the educational process, continuous follow-up, providing various and multiple channels of communication, and matching buildings appropriate to the nature, the activity privacy and curricula, and the nature and characteristics of children. It also suggested employing female managers specialized in child education, independent of primary schools, providing training courses, workshops and seminars for female teachers, and qualifying female teachers to deal with children with special needs.
