This study aimed to reveal the level of job engagement among school principals in the state of Al Suwaiq and AL Khabuwra in North Al Batinah Governorate in Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive/correlative research method was used. The sample of the study consisted of 105 principals who were selected using a simple random method. The study tool was applied to the sample where the job engagement scale was used which was prepared by the researcher. The content validity of the instrument was measured by a group of arbitrators. Then the internal consistency was calculated using the cronbach’s alpha equations. The stability coefficient of job engagement tool was 0. 89.The results of the study showed that the general level of job integration among school principals in the state of al Suwaiq and AL Khabuwra in the north Al Batinah governorate in Sultanate of Oman was high, with an arithmetic mean of 4.37. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between job integration and demographic variables (gender, years of experience, educational qualification and state). In light of the previous results, the study presented a set of recommendations and proposals to decision-makers and officials in the Ministry of Education, which would enhance job integration in the educational field.
