The study aimed to identify the role of transformational leadership in enhancing the quality of academic supervision for graduate students at Jeddah University from their perspective, and revealing the statistical differences between the responses of the sample members regarding the role of transformational leadership in enhancing the quality of academic supervision due to the variables of college and program type, the study used the descriptive-analytical method and a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The study sample consisted of (255) postgraduate students from the postgraduate students at Jeddah University. The study concluded that the role of transformational leadership in enhancing the quality of scientific supervision of graduate students at Jeddah University, from their point of view, was very high (M= 4.57). It came after the ideal influence as the most important role (M=4.59), followed by the inspirational motivation role (M= 4.58), followed by the mental stimulation role (M=4.55), and finally the care of individuals and their needs (M= 4.55). The results also showed statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample regarding the role of transformational leadership in enhancing the quality of scientific supervision due to the type of college in favor of scientific colleges, and there were no differences due to the type of program. In light of the results, the study presented some recommendations. (Published abstract)
