The aim of the research is to access a is of the soft skills necessary for the teacher, arranged according to their importance to him in performing his roles efficiently, From the point of view of Faculty members of the college of Education, School managers and Educational supervisors in different Educational stages. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher Used the descriptive approach and prepared a questionnaire to identify the degree of importance of each of the main and Subsidiary Soft skills of the teacher. The questionnaire Consisted of Five axes representing the main skills under which are twenty- seven Sub-Skills, it was applied to a sample of (98). Faculty members at the Faculty of Education Alexandria University, and a Sample of (40) School managers and (28) Educational supervisors. The research Concluded with a list of the soft skills needed for the teacher and they were arranged in descending order According to their importance to teacher as follows: Teamwork Skills and leadership, Thinking Skills, Communication Skills, marketing skill and digital skills, finally several recommend defines and Suggestions were made on how to benefit From this list in upgrading the skills of the teacher.
