اليقظة الإستراتيجية ودورها في تحسين القدرة المؤسسية لمدارس التعليم الفني : دراسة ميدانية بمحافظة الإسكندرية
This research aims to identify the reality of the dimensions of strategic vigilance, determine the degree of practice of the areas of institutional capacity in technical education schools, and study the impact of the level of practice of technical education schools of the dimensions of strategic vigilance on the degree of availability of areas of institutional capacity, and then arrive at the proposed actions necessary to activate the role of strategic vigilance; Which may contribute to improving the institutional capacity of technical education schools. The questionnaire consisted of (37) phrases distributed over five main areas of institutional capacity, which are represented in the areas (school vision and mission, governance and leadership, human and material resources, community participation, quality assurance and accountability), and (29) phrases distributed over four main dimensions of vigilance. The strategy, which is represented in (marketing vigilance, competitive vigilance, technological vigilance, environmental vigilance), and the number of questionnaires valid for analysis reached (332). The most important findings of the research indicated: 1) The reality of the availability of institutional capacity fields got a percentage of (67.00%). 2) The dimensions of strategic vigilance got a percentage of (64.20%). 3) There is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the two variables. 4) The degree of availability of areas of institutional capacity in technical education schools can be predicted through the degrees of strategic vigilance dimensions (marketing vigilance, competitive vigilance, and environmental vigilance), but technological vigilance did not have a significant impact, as it did not appear as one of influence.
