The study aimed to identify the degree to which private school principals in the University District in the Capital Governorate practice servant leadership, and its relationship to the level of the prevailing organizational climate in their schools from the point of view of teachers. The study followed the descriptive correlational approach. The study population consisted of all male and female teachers in private schools in the University District of the Capital Governorate, and their number reached (8469) male and female teachers. A simple stratified sample was chosen, consisting of (424) male and female teachers. The researchers developed a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were verified, and the study reached results, the most important of which are: The degree to which private school principals practice servant leadership is high, and the level of organizational climate prevailing in private schools is also high, there is a difference in the level of significance according to the demographic variables, as it was found that there are no differences in the degree of practicing servant leadership and the level of organizational climate due to the gender variable, but there are differences due to the academic qualification variable, which were in favor of a bachelor’s degree, and years of service, which were in favor of less than five years of experience. It was found that there is a statistically significant correlation between the degree of servant leadership practice and the level of organizational climate. The study recommended defining specific performance indicators to measure the organizational climate periodically and monitoring progress in improving it, and improving communication channels between administration and teachers to ensure the continuous and effective exchange of information and opinions.
