The middle stage is considered one of the important stages of education in the educational life of individuals where they gain knowledge and experience during this stage. As well, it is distinguished by the physical and mental activity that helps with the compatibility of their social surrounding. The animation is one of the most important and influential media and communication tools on human as it contains scenes, images, colours, drawings, movements, postures, symbols and many signs that address the senses of hearing and sight. Hence, its effect is faster and stronger to become an important part used in the process of creating environmental culture among students. The research objective is to identify using the animation in developing environmental culture among middle stage students. The researcher follows-up the descriptive analytical method that suits the nature of the research. Moreover, it describes the nature and content of animation in order to clarify concepts and put it in its determined contexts to extract and conclude the elements, ideas, visions and perceptions, and reach certain results, as well as to develop the environmental culture among middle stage students in Kuwait. The research has reached that the animation has an important role in creating the character of the middle stage students. It may affect the behaviour of the children whether in a positive. The child sees in the animation an extent to the joyful life and plays that achieves self-satisfaction and the desire to have ongoing fun. We can benefit from these animations to raise the awareness of the students and create their environmental culture by providing ideas and topics that preserve and maintain the environment in more mature manner. In addition, the animation has a vital role in creating the environmental culture. The research recommends the importance of the development of these animations to be more interactive with the developed and changed environmental issues related to the use of human and to provide his needs.
