The study aimed to identify the predictive ability of the five major factors in personality and professional self-efficacy in professional adaptation among workers with physical, hearing and visual disabilities in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (180) workers with disabilities (audio, visual, and physical). The sample was selected in the available way, and the study tool consisted of the five major personality factors divided into five dimensions, namely (neuroticism, agreeableness, openness, extraversion, conscientiousness), the professional self-efficacy scale, and the professional adaptation scale, where the descriptive relational approach was used, and the results indicated The study showed that the total score for the five major personality factors came with an arithmetic average of (2.55) and a (medium) degree, where the (openness) factor came in the first rank, and the (neuroticism) factor came in the last rank. High) with an arithmetic average of (3.10), and the total score for the vocational adaptation scale was (moderate) with an arithmetic mean of (2.99.) The study recommends the need to enhance access to professional self-efficacy in the educational milieu, starting with those in charge of managing educational institutions, passing through vocational guidance specialists and teachers, and ending with workers with disabilities, which will result in discovering professional tendencies at an early age and working on developing them with accurate scientific and educational methods.
