The study aimed to reveal the reality of the training programs provided to the teachers of cradle governorate education, and to show the statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=0.05) in the reality of the training programs provided to the teachers of cradle governorate education, which are attributed to the variables (years of experience, hours of training). The survey descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of (1801) male and female teachers, and the participating study sample consisted of (317) male and female teachers, and the questionnaire tool was used to collect data. The results of the study resulted in the degree of approval of male and female teachers in the education of Al-Mahd Governorate on the reality of the training programs provided to them, which came to a high degree in general from their point of view. The responses of the study sample according to the variable years of experience, and there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample, according to the variable hours of training in favor of the study members who received 50 to 100 training hours.
